Laura Doyle holds a Master of Letters in International Business from the University of St Andrews. Her experience in procuring legal services is wide-ranging, including conducting legal panel exercises, implementing complex eBilling and matter management systems, growing Legal Process Outsourcing capabilities within organizations, establishing performance management initiatives working with the various general counsels to conduct performance assessments. Laura also has experience in building and running successful eAuctions specifically for legal services (30+ auctions).
Laura has extensive experience in the banking industry. Laura has also worked across a number of categories of spend including HR (Employee Benefits, Pensions, Employee Assistance Programmes, Employee Health) and consultancy during her time in procurement.
Service Delivery Manager
Urs Burkhard began his career in eDiscovery and computer forensics as a manager at a big 4 firm, running all the steps of the EDRM model for global clients. He has developed workflows for responding to regulatory requirements as well as running different investigations related to IT Forensics where he developed and executed innovative strategies.
In June 2015, Urs began his position as service delivery manager for Yerra Solutions AG, taking on the role of delivering data collection and preservation services. Urs heads a growing team based in Zurich, Switzerland, and is responsible for enhancing Yerra's service quality. Urs also acts as a resident expert for questions in the field of eDiscovery and IT Forensics.
In 2011, Urs established IT Forensic Beer as a networking event in Zurich which is sponsored by Yerra Solutions.

Julie is a seasoned IP expert with more than a decade of experience in IP software and tools. While at CPA Global and Anaqua, Julie worked with an impressive list of clients on global projects, including 5 of the 7 top pharmaceutical companies. Many of the IP projects Julie has worked on involved restructuring the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to leverage the technology platform implemented, while aligning with the IP strategy related to the business. Julie put into place; Patent, Trademark, Designs, Domain names, Review committees, Product modules, Inventions submission, Remuneration schemes, Litigation reviews, Agent portals, Trademark submission and Search and Clearance modules and Licensing modules as well as managing law updates.
Julie's knowledge goes beyond technology, with experience in change management and implementing new in-house team processes. Julie’s multicultural background includes French and American roots, which are an asset when working with teams globally with cultural diversity.
