Recruiting for the #YerraLife went global this week with our recruiting team attending career fairs at universities in Singapore and the United States. Sunrise in Asia on Wednesday saw our team there preparing for the event at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). As the sun set on Singapore, our US recruiting team setup for the Rutgers University career fair in New Jersey looking for candidates for jobs in fields like eDiscovery, computer forensics, software development and project management to name a few.
Recruiting top talent is a cornerstone of Yerra’s business and a driving force behind our success. One of the most exciting things for our in-house, global recruiting team is to find promising talent right out of university. We’ve had many of our top staffers start as new graduates and progress quickly to contribute great things to our Yerra and our clients.
The recruiting and staff development apparatus that we have built and continue to grow is one of Yerra’s defining benefits to our clients. For them, the talent that we provide as part of our technology-driven managed services means increased efficiency and a decreased burden to recruit, train and retain people for areas like eDiscovery or document review that have fluctuating workloads. For us, it represents a fulfillment of our goal to hire passionate, determined people and empower creativity that delivers innovation to the legal & IP, eDiscovery & compliance markets.
